The annual spa weekend was set for the second time at Son SPA and even this year it was amazing even with the corona restrictions.
Love the spa section of the hotel, starting with magic circle and then swimming and hot tub. Had lunch at the hotel, quite pricey, but nice food.
Good walk into the centre of Son for dinner or other meals, nice walk near the sea. Had a 50min aroma therapy, it was so nice and calming. Perfect ending to a beautiful weekend.

I am very disappointed in their customer service. They did not treat us as guests but rather, a burden. It would be so easy for them to have some sort of automated system that lets you know if they are booked.
I will not be returning because to me, customer service is very important, it is the reason why I want to go to a spa like this, to relax and be treated nicely.

So disappointed and too pricey. The room itself was ok, good size. The restaurant at the hotel was bad, the food too pricey for its size.
Service was horrible. They told us to sit down and wait for min to just set up, managed to forget us and make us wait 20 min. When we finally got a table the waiter asked us what we wanted, my husband wanted Pepsi and I water and our food.
Waiter came back with Pepsi, no water I kept waiting, hoping the water would come. My husband fishies his Pepsi already.
